The Wildwood Resort is located within the city limits of Gunnison, but away from the highway and main roads. Our newly remodeled units have fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, phones, and some units have electric fireplaces. A guest laundry facility and hot tub are new amenities added in August of 2003. Our neighborhood location off the main streets and highways make the Wildwood the ideal spot for those who want the convenience of town but love the peace and quiet of a Rocky Mountain day. Enjoy the afternoon under our large shade trees and on our park like lawns. Your hosts are Perry and Teresa Anderson. It’s our pleasure to offer clean, cozy, and uniquely decorated cabins at affordable rates. Three bedroom, two bath housekeeping cabins fully furnished with private deck are available.

We are located within minutes of every outdoor activity the Rocky Mountains are famous for. Ask us for information and directions for some of the best lake and stream fishing in Colorado. We'll direct you to hiking trails for the whole family. It's just an easy 30 minute scenic drive to Mt. Crested Butte for alpine or nordic skiing. Summer or winter, there's plenty to do and Wildwood is centrally located and ideally suited for your vacation destination. Pets by permission only in the motel.
